The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Opera house and local spots like a lovely ice cream shop.
My children wanted more kids' menu options at breakfast.

Clean accommodation, calm staff from the housekeeping to the general manager. Incredibly comfortable and absolutely fantastic unit with a balcony. Very central location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a famous department store. Located close to a subway station, in the good area.

I loved superior and ideal location of this hotel.
Everything was very good, including reasonably good and adequate breakfast with a wide spread. Had the a twin room which was brand-new with a sofa. Opera metro station was 5 min away.

Breakfast has tasted good with reasonable selection. The check-in was friendly. The rooms are clean and well kept. Overall also relatively quiet location.
The waitresses seemed clumsy and partly disoriented. At breakfast, as well as in the bar, we had to wait until 20 minutes before we were noticed. The waitress could not remember what we had ordered and after another 15 minutes she forgot half of it.

Oh là là! The dining at Indigo is a culinary delight! The breakfast spread with its high-quality croissants is awesome, and the nearby restaurants like Restaurant Le Lumiere and Ao Izakaya offer mouthwatering local flavors! Plus, the staff are super lovely and attentive to your needs, always ready with a warm smile. Can't wait to dive back into that experience!
Now, let's keep it real. The reception could use a bit more sparkle. They missed a birthday shout-out I requested for my husband, a bummer. Despite asking for enough water for three, they fell a bit short on the follow-up. All minor hiccups, but they stood out in an otherwise fabulous stay.

Great hotel in a perfect location near the Opera, super central but still very quiet, as the hotel is located in a beautiful courtyard. Breakfast very varied and inviting and very nicely presented. Great room, nicely decorated with window to open. Late check out on request without additional fee. Very nice and helpful staff.
The air conditioning (fan) could not be switched off. The monotonous noise was especially disturbing at night.

I loved the location of this hotel. It's just a short walk to the Opera and major shopping spots like Galeries Lafayette and Printemps. My room was quite spacious, with comfortable bedding and a great balcony. The decor felt modern yet cozy was good. Breakfast topped it all off with high-quality croissants that I'm still dreaming about. There were a couple of hiccups. I had arranged for a special surprise for my husband's birthday, but they missed that completely. The water service was inconsistent as we often got fewer bottles than we asked for. Still, the staff were friendly and tried to help whenever they could. The atmosphere in the hotel was nice, but the reception team could definitely use some sparkle in their service.
